Important Information
- Please carry a valid Photo ID/Passport for entry.
- Children under 3 years and adults above 65 years can enter free of cost.
- Open seasonally from October – April only.
- Shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
- Last entry is allowed 30 minutes before closing.
- Pets, outside food, bicycles, skateboards, and wheeled devices are not permitted.
- Respectful attire (covering shoulders and knees) is mandatory.
- Tuesdays are family and ladies-only days (except public holidays).
- For safety, children must wear the wristband provided at entry.
